Post: Assistant Community Services Officer (Grade K)

Salary: Within Grade K salary segment

Location: Regional, district and satellite courts

Qualifications

Applicants should be serving officers in the Judicial Service in possession of a Diploma in Social Work/Community and Rural Development obtained from recognized institutions.

Duties

Promote, organize and foster community service within the area or district for which she/he is appointed; assist the district courts in his/her district in the implementation of community service and act on the directions and advice of Chief Resident Magistrate within whose region she/he has a responsibility, etc.

Note: Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to demonstrate during interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in the Judicial Service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
