Call Centre Officer (1 Post)

Main Duties

  1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails
  2. Management and resolution of customer complaints
  3. Identification and escalation of customer issues to supervisors
  4. Provision of product and service information to customers
  5. Routing calls to appropriate resources 6. Following up customer calls where necessary
  6. Completing call logs and reports

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

  1. Excellent customer care, computer literacy and communication.
  2. Excellent time management and strong organizational skills.
  3. Over two years’ experience with Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration.
