Our client, a telecommunication equipment and consumer electronics provider is seeking an energetic, aggressive, and self-motivated and result oriented individual to join its team in the position mentioned below:

FACILITIES OFFICER

As the Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for the effective day to day running of the company facilities. The key focus is to support the broader Facilities Management team and to ensure that all operations run smoothly. You will also coordinate the effective operations of the office.

THE ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and
    security standards
  • Manage the utilities for Office, canteen, and the leasing public apartment; Utilities include but not limited to, City Water, electricity, gas, etc.. To make sure Utilities provided incessantly;
  • Property management knowledge
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations
  • Provide personnel/reliever in reception desk during normal office hour, and operating the reception in a professional way.
  • Provide appropriate responses to Customer enquiries
  • Stationary and office supplies Management service
  • Petty cash payment support service

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills

  • Excellent management, organizational and administration skills
  • Knowledge & experience of document management
  • Result driven
  • An eye for details
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Diploma in any business related field
  • Should be ready to work under a Stressful environment
  • Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
  • Accustomed to working in fast moving and changing environments and to deadlines.
  • Excellent computer knowledge
