Malawi Blood Transfusion Service (MBTS) is a Trust that was established to provide a safe and adequate supply of blood and blood products to meet the needs of all patients in authorized hospital in Malawi. It is committed to meet its objective of collecting, processing and testing all blood from voluntary non-remunerated blood donors in low-risk populations to international standards, in a cost efficient manner.

Job summary

To assist the Human Resources and Administration Manager in providing strong, skilled and effective support services to line managers in all aspects of Human Resources Management and Administrative functions.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

A minimum of Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration/ Public Administration from any reputable University or College.
Good knowledge of HR processes and procedures
Good knowledge of labour laws
Good knowledge of compensation processes
Experience in fleet management
Computer skills in MS office packages and other software
Having worked in this position for not less than five years
Those with knowledge and experience in payroll management will have an added advantage
