Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for regional development of products, customer development, planning and implementation of regional operations;
  • Build and training sales team, enhance maintain our Retail Shops;
  • Establish good relationships with customers, timely feedback customer information, meet customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction;
  • Develop sales targets, market expansion plans, review customer plans and supervise execution;
  • Participate in the formulation and implementation of various marketing programs;
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and end-of-year regional sales forecasts and report on work regularly;
  • Establish a complete regional dealer network and integrate resources to achieve the company’s overall sales target.


  • Blantyre Resident
  • At least 2-4 years’ work experience, Consumer Electronic products
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Lead a team of 10—20 persons and give relevant training
  • Strong passion for start-up company

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • University Degree in Marketing or related degree.
  • 2-4 Years’ Experience in marketing tech products
