Urgently looking for Warehouse/Stores Officer


  • Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of stocks and materials as well as maintain accurate records of inventory. Develop plans to monitor the usage levels of storage, managing warehouse facilities, and reviewing the quality and efficiency
  • Maintaining records of goods received/goods issued out in the warehouse
  • Comparing/maintaining BIN CARDS for ALL items/materials
  • Issuing goods /materials from stores
  • Entering all receipts and issues in the bincards
  • Maintaining correct balances of stocks /material
  • Maintaining up-to date register in the warehouse
  • Compiling periodic reports on items/material movement to management
  • Ensuring stocks in the stores are kept clean and in orderly manner
  • Maintaining up-to date records for ALL requisitions from other departments according to
  • Enforcing appropriate security measures against theft and pilferage
  • Preparing stores stock levels report

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in supply Chain Management with 3 years’ work experience
  • Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong computer knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work with all levels of staff
  • Must be able to work independently
